Business ethics and fair business practices are essential for VirusBuster. The company even has a certificate proving it: the "Fair Business Service Provider" certification.
Hungary's pioneer Fair Business Forum has been created to enhance consumer trust in e-commerce and thus help the development of the new e-economy by certifying online commerce sites. The initiative enjoys the support of several Hungarian government agencies and authorities, including the Prime Minister's Office. The Forum's experts check web stores along three main lines:
- legal compliance;
- compliance with IT security standards and requirements;
- consumer rights protection; user friendliness.
The Fair Business logo is a guarantee that the site in question deserves the visitor's trust. VirusBuster, which sells its IT security software products on its site as well, was among the first to earn this certification.
